Tint World, the leading automotive styling center in the US, is expanding its team at the Scottsdale Airpark location. We currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer needed in our Scottsdale location. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive window tinting, specializing in installations on Teslas and Corvettes. Tint World is a renowned international franchise with a strong presence both in the U.S. and overseas. We are on the lookout for a skilled tint installer to grow with us in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a professional, you should be proficient in working on high-end vehicles such as Teslas, Corvettes, BMWs, Mercedes, and Porsches. For our preferred candidate, familiarity with various types of tint film and application techniques is essential. Knowledge of PPF applications is highly advantageous and can lead to additional income opportunities. All potential candidates must pass a background check, possess a valid driver's license, and have the necessary authorization to work in Arizona. Base pay (with commission) will be determined by your experience and expertise. Bonus: Receive a $500 signing bonus after your first 90 days of employment! Responsibilities: • Detail-oriented installer that is willing to take all steps to ensure a clean installation every time • Have the knowledge to remove the old film from a vehicle and prep for new film installation • Assist sales associate, and possibly the customer, with suggestions as to what film would be the best option • Enjoy a team environment and is willing to assist others if needed • Be on time daily and ready to ready to work Qualifications: • Knowledge of film-cutting software and how to use a plotter to cut film (We use Core and Dap (Xpel) programs) • Ability to shrink film properly and have worked on Tesla and Corvette windshields and rear glass • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to learn additional skills • Willingness to be flexible with schedule to ensure all jobs are completed for customers • PPF installation experience is a PLUS and you can earn more money About Company: Tint World is the fastest-growing and largest automotive styling center in the world and has opened our location in the Scottsdale Airpark in May 2022!
