In doing so you will be acting as a liaison between the customer, Treasury Management Support Specialists, Branch Banking, Business Development, and Commercial Lenders, and other internal partners while building a proactive and advisory relationship with your assigned client portfolio, and Relationship Managers.

TM Analysts spend a significant portion of their time working with their TM Advisor on sales support, preparing pricing proformas, draft proposals, and presentations, and facilitating transaction tasks, customer research, analysis, and reports, with limited modest business development expectations. You will handle small routine transactions independently and service more complex requests with assistance and supervision.

One of your key responsibilities is to build strong relationships with both assigned Treasury Management Advisors and their assigned Relationship Managers, Commercial Lenders, and Portfolio Managers to sell bank products and cash management services to existing clients and prospects.

What we are looking for:

  • Supports the coordination of implementation for the new business set-up of treasury management products and services including pre- and post-sale customer documentation. Provides ongoing relationship management services and facilitates technical support needs, and acts as a liaison between customers, third-party vendors, and the Treasury Management Support team
  • Assists with calling on prospective or existing customers to develop and deepen business relationships. Contributes to pipeline reports, educates, and markets new products to Business Development Officers, Commercial Lenders, and Portfolio Managers
  • Working alongside TM Advisors and Relationship Managers, as well as independently, to contact clients directly for a better understanding of their needs and to resolve related questions and inquiries. Integrate with Relationship Teams to cultivate a strategic approach to building client relationships and creating product revenue
  • Knowledge of the payment industry and advancements in technology in the treasury management field
  • Proactively prepare and review portfolio revenue reports and engage in regular portfolio review meetings with TM Advisors
  • Support portfolio growth through new revenue generation and maintaining client relationships in partnership with TM Advisors. This may include such tasks as client meeting preparation; proposal drafting; competitive analysis and trend identification; and conducting internal and external follow-up associated with clients

What you need to have:

  • High School diploma required, bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of directly related experience in TM Sales, TM Sales Management, and/or Operations
  • Knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices
  • Ability to work in a very rapid, ever-changing, ambiguous environment. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to handle ambiguous and complex situations
  • Advanced skills in computer operations; word processing, and spreadsheet software programs required Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong reading and writing skills

Benefits you’ll love:
We offer all the important things you'd want — like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
