Job Description

Job Summary: The Title Clerk at DELLA Mazda is responsible for managing and processing all vehicle titles within the dealership. This individual will work closely with the sales team, finance department, and customers to ensure that all title paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The role is located in Queensbury, New York and does not involve managing other employees. Responsibilities:

• Process all vehicle titles for new and used car sales
• Ensure that all necessary documents and paperwork are complete and accurate
• Submit title paperwork to the appropriate state agency
• Communicate with the sales team to obtain necessary information for title processing
• Interact with customers to answer questions and resolve any title related issues
• Keep track of title status and provide updates to relevant parties as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all title paperwork
• Work with the finance department to verify funding on titles
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations and requirements related to vehicle titles

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in automotive title work preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of state regulations and requirements for vehicle titles
• Must be able to pass a background check
