What’s a typical day as a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist ? You’ll be:

• Filling open roles within the organization, ranging from entry-level to management positions in a high-volume capacity
• Collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract and engage qualified candidates, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations for hiring decisions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in high volume recruitment or talent acquisition
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing skills, as well as Microsoft Office
• Experience with affordable housing is a plus!
