We have state-of-the-art infrastructure and we're looking for a strong Security Officer to work in any environment that values advancement. As a Rover Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a broad range of industries such as Shopping Centers, High End Retail, Hospitality, Distribution Centers, Plants, Corporate Campus, and more. Open positions throughout the following cities: DOWNTOWN LA, EL MONTE, VENICE, CULVER CITY, AND HAWAIIAN GARDENS Types of Schedules: DAY, SWING AND GRAVE, Part-time and on Call available.

ON THE JOB:

Provide excellent customer service.Watch CCTV camera system and notate accurately in a daily activity report.Observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertnessAbility to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reportingProvide rapid response in critical situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalentCalifornia Guard Card or willing to get oneHave a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years.Drug Testing and Background screening required.Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
