2. Process Articulation: Strong ability to explain the rationale behind building processes in Salesforce and how to implement them effectively.
3. Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues when flows do not work as expected or when users' experiences in the system do not align with trained processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and permissions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity across Salesforce.
