Job Details

• Location: Bloomington-Normal, IL
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Status: Full-time, 45 hours per week

As a Retail Manager, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Manage shifts effectively, prioritizing store needs and tasks.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain store conditions that exceed company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
• Interpret and act on inventory data, audit processes, and vendor relations.
• Prepare and troubleshoot daily paperwork and reporting.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules.

We’re looking for a dedicated leader who has:

• Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work in the market area and flexible hours.
• Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days.
• Successful background and drug test.
