Residential Architectural Designer
Minneapolis | Direct Hire | $58k - $75K

Konik is partnering with an award-winning Residential Design firm seeking to add an Architectural Designer to their team. In this role, you will contribute to design and work throughout the design and documentation phases of custom residential projects. Our client promotes work/life balance and provides an environment of collaboration, growth, and mentorship. They are an established practice that seeks to do high-quality and meaningful design for their client base.

Residential Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

• Work independently and collaboratively on multiple residential projects of varying scale
• Assist within all design and construction phases, including concept design, design development, construction documents, specifications of materials and products, and interior and exterior detailing.
• Contribute to an area of the practice that interests you: Marketing, Brand Management, Operations, Human Resources, and/or Facilities.

Residential Architectural Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of experience in architecture; single-family residential project experience is a must
• Knowledge of residential-scale construction techniques, systems, materials, and details.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
