About the Role:

As a Work From Home Travel Agent, you will:

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
Create and book customized travel itineraries.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Stayup-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
Manage client payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. (If applicable)

Qualifications:

Passion for travel and a strong desire to help others plan memorable vacations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Proficient with computer systems and online travel platforms.
Previous travel agent experience is a plus, but not required.
