We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our expanding event marketing team. In this role, you will manage key communication initiatives that help shape the public image of the organization, while strengthening relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As an essential team member, you will support the execution of communication strategies for national clients, assist in event promotion, and contribute to overall corporate services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal teams and senior management to align communication strategies with company goals and objectives.

• Serve as the company spokesperson to foster engagement and raise brand awareness.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to promote a positive company image.

• Act as a liaison between the company and the public, communicating promotional services and developing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

• Create community-focused strategies and campaigns that align with public relations goals and drive brand recognition.

• Coach client representatives on effective communication strategies to improve public perception and enhance brand representation.

• Maintain a consistent organizational image through strategic communications that resonate with target audiences.

• Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify market trends and evaluate advertising efforts to ensure alignment with public relations strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in community relations , sales , or public relations is preferred but not required.

• Strong ability to build rapport with the community and engage with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive, professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A passion for professional development and a desire to take on new responsibilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
