- Develop SOPs that define the processes, criteria, input requirements, notional timelines and other specifics that support the development of business process improvement and/or automation recommendations.
- Develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings.
- Develop process improvement activities to include applicable documentation and anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration through applicable governance processes.
- Establishes the engagement strategy, project plan, risks, dependencies, assumptions and as-is and to-be process documentation for the automated and non-automated process improvement solution.
- Produce a schedule of planned activities, implementation timeline(s), finalize process design documentation and document lessons. Conduct O&M activities for automations in production.
Capabilities - Assesses business processes, designs/redesigns and documents processes.
- Experience working with customer to fully understanding processes at the key stroke level.
- Experienced in process documentation and design for processes.
Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years’ experience relative to the labor category.

- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
