Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company with an office in Burbank, is looking for a Photography & Creative Content Coordinator to join their team for a 1 month contract, with possibility for extension! Please note, this role will work onsite Monday through Thursday with Friday remote and must have a flexible schedule to allow to for overtime when needed. 

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for organizing creative content, including photography, video assets, and digital media. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery and accurate management of assets, supporting exclusive debuts, and maintaining organized workflows.
  • Budget Management:
    • Process invoices and expense reports
    • Manage the budget for the Creative Content Team
    • Assist with budget planning for upcoming films and work with Legal to create vendor contracts as needed.
  • Press Site/EPK.tv/ADS/YouTube Management:
    • Manage the Press Site, upload film assets, and caption photos
    • Prepare for exclusive debuts and update metadata for all photos.
    • Work with EPK.tv and ADS teams to upload and vault final assets.
    • Ensure timely delivery of assets to various teams and prepare materials for YouTube debuts.
  • Asset Management:
    • Collaborate with publicity teams and agencies to debut exclusive film materials
    • Maintain organized MediaSilo workflow and serve as a liaison with the MediaSilo team.
    • Work with EPK vendors on the delivery of final approved clips and featurettes.
    • Edit Q&As or EPKs if vendors are unavailable, including receiving and storing footage, creating graphics, color grading, audio mixing, and exporting in various formats.
    • Organize and caption Photography Key Set selects and communicate with other studio and departments to grant access to unit photography.
    • Assist in tracking exclusive assets and supply approved film clips for various requests.
    • Implement Adobe Premiere Pro for editing tasks and retouch photos as needed.
    • Create photo selections from a film’s key set for press use and tailor images to each outlet’s unique request.
    • Track exclusive images and ensure embargoes are honored by the press.
    • Liaise with Legal and talent representation in managing talent asset approval, and track status for timely delivery
    • Update and organize a materials timeline for each active film and distribute updates to teams weekly.
  • Special events – Festivals, Premieres, and Photo shoots:
    • Schedule and organize talent and filmmaker photo portraits and interviews at film festivals
    • Manage photo studio schedules and work with photographers on site
    • Manage media alerts, photographer RSVPs, and carpet attendance.
    • Work with photographers and editors to organize, caption, and edit photos during and after events.
    • Blast house photos and video footage to EPK.tv and service event photos for internal and external requests.
    • Coordinate travel and plan EPK interview shoots during post-production.
    • Work with teams to schedule and execute creative photoshoots and digital content captures on set.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Set meetings for the Creative Content team and assist in asset requests for archival materials.
    • Request Paid Ads from the Legal team and create approvals memos.
    • Support the Creative Content Director during red carpets and assist in requests for the Main Website
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous studio experience preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, and Premiere Pro for retouching, clip pulling, and content editing, with the ability to work on assets independently or coordinate with vendors as required.
  • Close attention to detail with a solid understanding of file types and delivery specifications to ensure smooth asset management and distribution.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively, confidently and proactively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure, fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to manage last-minute changes, particularly with high-profile events, content shoots, and talent interactions.
  • Can-do attitude with a high aptitude for prioritizing time sensitive deadline
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for on-set or on-location shoots, festivals, and other high-profile events.
