Description :
The main objective of maintenance personnel is to maintain all park areas and facilities to management standards. This includes custodial and maintenance of park grounds, buildings, facilities, and equipment. Grounds duties include mowing, trimming, pruning of trees, spraying weeds, and landscaping. Custodial duties include daily and weekly cleaning (power washing) of comfort stations and outdoor toilets, emptying fire-rings, stocking cleaning supplies, garbage removal, etc. Building and facility maintenance including new construction, renovation, and routine repairs should be expected. There may be other duties as assigned.

General Requirements :
Valid drivers license

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Skills in operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment such as mowers, grass trimmers, tractors, weed sprayers, and trucks. Skills in carpentry, plumbing, small engine repair, and vehicle and equipment maintenance are preferred. Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
