Understand the ROI sensitivity and market entry thresholds under high electricity prices in Europe, such as localization certification and after-sales service requirements. 3. Core skills o Fluent in English (business negotiation level), mastery of Spanish, French and other European languages is preferred. o Have the ability to interpret technology, be able to cooperate with engineers to complete scheme design, and be familiar with the core parameters of energy storage system (such as battery capacity and inverter selection). Result-oriented, with the ability to run projects independently, adapt to high-frequency cross-border travel, or be willing to work overseas for a long time. 4. Project full-cycle management o Lead the whole process management of energy storage cabinet sales projects, including demand docking, scheme design, quotation negotiation, contract signing and delivery follow-up. o Coordinate the company's internal technical and supply chain teams to ensure that products meet European certification standards (such as CE, IEC) and customer customization needs.
