Homecare Occupational Therapist - Remote Telehealth Supervision

@Home Therapy is a leading rehabilitation service provider of PT, OT, and SLP services for adults living at home. Contracting with @Home Therapy as a provider enables you to work in the area that you choose and on your own hours. @Home Therapy offers EMR training and orientation to new Occupational Therapists as well as on-going clinical and administrative support.

We seek a Occupational Therapist Supervisor with the following qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist License and Registration in New York required.
• Experience in adult Occupational Rehabilitation required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Familiarity with EMR software a plus.
• Homecare Experience or Teletherapy Experience a plus.

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist include:

• Communicate with the office staff regarding your patients.
• Provide Evaluations, Progress, and Discharge visits via Telehealth.
• Evaluate and develop a plan of care according to the patients' prior and current functionality.
• Co-sign daily treatment notes performed by COTA.
• Document your visits in the web-based EMR in accordance with Medicare's guidelines.
• Maintain active credentials and perform all visits within HIPAA and company compliance.
