What We’re Looking For:
Experienced, self-generating originators , producing team leaders, or full branch teams
Professionals with established referral networks in real estate, building, or financial services
Originators familiar with or excited to serve Tennessee’s diverse and evolving markets
Bilingual originators are highly encouraged to apply
Minimum Qualifications:
3–5 years of mortgage sales experience , including experience with conventional and government loan products
Active NMLS license (Tennessee) and the ability to pass background screening
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first focus
