Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique mortgage needs and providing expert, personalized advice.
Loan Products: Clearly explain various mortgage loan products, terms, and conditions to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Application Process: Guide clients seamlessly through every stage of the loan application process, ensuring an efficient and positive experience.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on mortgage market trends and share valuable insights with clients to support their decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless experience for clients from application through to closing.
Documentation: Ensure all loan documents are accurately completed, submitted on time, and in compliance with necessary regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage regulations, ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
Experience: A proven track record in sales or mortgage-related fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Licensing: Must possess an active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Florida, Georgia, and/or Texas.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting client relationships.
Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, independently managing your time and performance goals.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to offer creative solutions to meet client needs.
Tech Skills: Comfortable using loan origination and CRM software to streamline processes and maintain client relationships.
