MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST Reside in Dallas/Fort Worth; Denton/Collin County preferred Hybrid/Remote - Only local candidates will be considered The Marketing Communications Specialist will work with the Chief Marketing Officer to provide internal and external communications in a variety of platforms to promote the CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company family of companies. The individual in this position will work with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to facilitate projects following company and national brand standards to elevate visibility across internal and external audiences.
As the Marketing Communications Specialist, your role will include responsibilities such as: Manage email platform program for company and agent communications promoting consistent brand expression and quality (writing, designing, campaigns, subscriptions)
Write copy/content for various communications, public relations and marketing materials via digital marketing, newsletters, press releases, company announcements, website content, collateral and more (B2B and B2C communications)
Customer service and/or in-person training to agents and administrative support teams through help desk platform following departmental guidelines
Coordination of various marketing events, promotions and/or activities with direction
Database coordination, reporting and special project assignments
Work in various design platforms to create graphics, training documents, etc.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS - 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, public relations, communications or related field or an equivalent of education, training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related business environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint) and cloud-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams) in a Mac environment; general knowledge of CRM platforms
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have complete command of the basic principles of journalism, English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and business correspondence
- Outstanding organizational skills with a high degree of multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and communication standards
- Experience in creating graphics in Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- A flexible, task-oriented individual who can change priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative department
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact with the marketing team and/or other members of the organization
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize well and focus on completion of tasks and objectives in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Must exhibit positivity as a member of the marketing team
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred
- Must demonstrate self-learning for continued education in career and real estate services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Adobe Creative Suite
- WordPress
- CRM platforms
- Experience with communicating systems and processes and/or training
- Basic graphic design skills
- Agency experience is highly desired/recommended
- Real estate experience highly desired/recommended
SPECIFICATIONS - Full-time Salary/Exempt
- Annually salary depending upon experience and requirements, plus benefits (waiting period may apply)
