About the Role:

Showcase Our Offerings: Present the features and benefits of our life insurance products to potential customers, demonstrating their value effectively.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with prospects, ensuring clear communication and fostering trust to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
Achieve Targets: Strive to meet and surpass individual and team goals for new customer acquisitions on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Track Your Progress: Keep detailed records of prospect interactions and track your progress towards goals using our systems.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market opportunities to effectively target your audience.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Licensing: If you're not already Health/Life licensed, you'll need to obtain a state license if selected.
Relationship Skills: Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Communication Skills: Strong skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs.
Self-Motivated: Hardworking, ethical, and driven to succeed.
