First Class Commercial Cleaning is expanding in Downtown Louisville!! We are currently seeking energetic janitors to join our amazing team of office cleaners.  We provide evening janitorial services to buildings throughout Metro Louisville and are now proud to be expanding once again in the Downtown area!! We are Kentucky owned and operated.

Job Duties (may include any or all of the following):

• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other surfaces
• Sweep, vacuum and/or damp mop hard surface and carpeted floors
• Clean and restock restrooms and breakrooms
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
• Notify supervisor of building and equipment maintenance issues
• Conduct all work in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Wear supplied PPE as required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Stable work history that demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Ability to lift over 25lbs on occasion
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

OUR STORY:

First Class Commercial Cleaning was founded by John Disselkamp, a UK Grad and native Louisvillian, back in January of 2016 with hardly a penny in the bank and nothing but a mop, a couple rags, and a bottle of windex he bought at Wal-Mart.  From those very humble beginnings a short 5 years ago to today where we are fortunate enough to serve 130 families and 47 mid to large commercial facilities, John attributes that growth to the simple things: Treating people well and Working Hard.  He also believes First Class' extreme focus on relationships and communication has played a pivotal role in our ability to service our customers.  We are now ready to enter the Lexington market and serve our TEAM and their families just like we do in Louisville!
