In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have. Responsibilities: Resolve community issues empathetically and promptly. Stay informed about products and community standards. Advocate for the community and prioritize user wellbeing. Investigate and address account support requests and content reports. Respond to user inquiries with highquality support. Use marketspecific knowledge to enhance community assistance. Analyze data for improved user experience. Enforce platform policies by monitoring and addressing abuse reports. Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
