Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer/Developer with a focus on developing engaging eLearning courses and micro-videos on the topics of Emotional Intelligence and related areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to collaborate with Holly, our lead in this domain, to produce educational content that will inspire and educate.

Job Overview

• Location: United States (Remote)
• Type: 1099 / C2C Contract
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Duration: March 3 - May 30, 2025
• Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

eLearning and Micro-Video Development

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules focusing on Emotional Intelligence.
• Create micro videos on topics such as Self-awareness, Feedback loops, Emotion regulation etc.
• Ensure all learning materials are engaging and aligned with educational outcomes .

Content Collaboration and Innovation

• Work in close collaboration with Holly to ensure content meets project objectives and is developed efficiently.
• Contribute to innovative instructional strategies that enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in instructional design and emotional intelligence to bring fresh perspectives to the project.

Evaluation and Feedback

• Implement feedback loops to continuously improve course content based on user feedback.
• Analyze and refine instructional materials to ensure they are effective in meeting learning objectives .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate their feedback into course development processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design , particularly in eLearning and video content creation.
• Excellent understanding of emotional intelligence concepts and their application in leadership and personal development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration in remote work environments.
• Ability to work independently , adhere to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside in the United States and be eligible to work as a 1099 or C2C contractor.
