Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! In this role, you will work on a wide range of HVAC equipment, from large commercial chillers to smaller package units. If you have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including commercial chillers, rooftop units, package units, and split systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and performance testing to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Install, commission, and upgrade HVAC systems as needed.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and parts used in work orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain system issues and recommended solutions.
• Follow company safety guidelines and industry standards to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with a variety of HVAC systems, particularly commercial chillers and package units.
• EPA certification (Universal preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
