Agri-Cover, Inc, an aftermarket automotive manufacturer is looking for a full-time Grounds Maintenance Team Member in our Jamestown, ND Location. Apply online at Summary * Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Assuring equipment is operated and maintained to standards that will provide a safe and effective work environment.
• Cuts grass and trims weeds on organization's property.
• Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
• Washes windows.
• Installs after market products.
• Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
• Maintains and repairs buildings.
• Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mower.
• Checks and fills forklift propane tanks at the end of each day and maintains daily inspection log.
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Clean and repair work bicycles.
• Responsible for crushing cardboard daily.
• Responsible for maintaining company's recycling.
• Implements improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
