Job Description

Front Desk/Administrative Assistant

Immediate opening for a 2-4 week temporary position at a Vero Beach law office.

Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area, conference rooms, and break room, including keeping them tidy and organized.
Monitor office equipment and supplies, and submit inventories to Office Manager.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, mail, and faxes.
Schedule and calendar client meetings.
Submit billing and time entries.
Assist with the preparation of case binders.
