We are looking for happy, loving, well rounded, enthusiastic teachers for several of our classrooms. We operate August through May and follow Greenville County Schools Calendar. We have classes with children ranging in age from 3 months to 2.5 years old. We are open Mondays through Fridays, 9:00-2:00pm with early stay options starting at 8:00am and late stay going until 2:15pm. We are a registered part-time childcare ministry of First Presbyterian Church.
All Childcare Workers should exhibit the following characteristics as a Staff Member of First Pres Church:
Adhere to all DSS and DHEC regulations and all First Presbyterian Church policies and procedures.
Ensure physical and emotional safety of all children in your care.
Meet all basic needs of all children in your care.
Nurture children in a manner that demonstrates Christ's love.
Maintain relationships with parents.
Manage classroom effectively.
Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. PROVERBS 22:6
First Presbyterian's Nursery School is a registered program that serves parents of children ages three months through two and half years. Our goal is to help infants and toddlers feel happy and secure at church, feel good about themselves, and learn that God loves them.
