Ideaboxpro is seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Ideaboxpro, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences. You'll work closely with our event management team to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and assist in event marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Coordinate event schedules and timelines to ensure all aspects run smoothly and on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure their needs are met before, during, and after events.
• Assist in the creation of event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional collateral.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and event management software is a plus.
