Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a high-performing EHS team, fostering collaboration to achieve company objectives.
Oversee regulatory compliance and corporate EHS requirements, ensuring adherence to safety programs across multiple facilities.
Guide environmental and safety permits, managing regulations for construction, industry safety, and more.
Champion our safety culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement in EHS practices.
Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field; EHS related degree preferred.
Proven experience in multi-facility EH&S management with documented technical accomplishments.
Strong leadership skills in matrix environments, adept at leading cross-functional teams.
Expertise in developing and monitoring employee safety programs and interacting with regulatory officials.
Knowledge of current EHS software and compliance tools.
Ability to influence and drive sustainable safety practices throughout the organization.
Certifications Required: CSP, CIH or ASP
