What You'll Do:
Onboard & Implement: Guide customers through the initial implementation and integration process, effectively managing their expectations.
Drive Customer Adoption: Develop strategies to increase customer adoption and maximize the value they receive from our software.
Build Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, from users to executive sponsors.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure customer success.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Provide Exceptional Support: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Customer Support.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in the Food and Beverage industry and/or Supply Chain is a plus.
