Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document students progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students specific needs.
  
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech language and communication disorders.
  
• Provide direct therapy services to students including articulation fluency voice and language interventions.
  
• Educate and train school staff and families on strategies to support students communication skills in various settings.
  
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
  
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students educational programs.
  

Requirements

• State licensure (if applicable)
  
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
  
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
  
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
