JOB DESCRIPTION - CRAFT BEER BRAND MANAGER

DKAT Associates, Inc. has been retailed to seek a dynamic and enthusiastic craft beer Brand Representative to join a dynamic team for an awesome and innovative NYS brewery to champion their craft beer portfolio sales efforts within the Hudson Valley Region of NYS. As a brand ambassador, you are responsible for building strong relationships with the beer distributor, existing and new on-premises clients, promoting the brand image and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a deep passion for craft beer, excellent communication skills, familiarity with the territory and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You must exemplify brand values and culture in all interactions, reflecting the authenticity and uniqueness of the breweries unique craft beverage portfolio. This is a direct hire position with a base salary of $50K plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the craft beer products to existing and potential clients, including bars, restaurants and other licensed retail outlets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, forging partnerships with key decision-makers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry professionals to enhance brand loyalty and visibility
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism and integrity while representing the brand
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering exceptional customer service
  • Develop a deep understanding of our craft beer offerings, including flavor profiles, brewing techniques, and brand stories
  • Conduct engaging product training sessions for staff at client locations to ensure they are well-informed advocates of our products
  • Organize and participate in craft beer tastings, events, and festivals to showcase the products and engage with consumers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the craft market
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or craft beer industry
  • A passion for craft beer and a strong understanding of brewing processes, styles, and trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally work evenings and weekends for events
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
