Customer Service Representative (Seasonal Position - Onsite Only)

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their questions, concerns, and service needs.
Provide clear and accurate information, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications, whether verbal or written.
Take ownership of client concerns by researching, resolving, or escalating issues as needed.
Respond to client inquiries promptly through phone, email, or chat.
Accurately document client records and interactions.
Engage in active listening to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Make recommendations on services or products that best fit client needs.
Utilize various software tools, databases, and scripts to research and provide accurate information.

What You Bring:

1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
A patient and empathetic attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Comfort with handling complex or multi-line phone systems.
Willingness to develop a deep understanding of our products and services.

Additional Details:

This is a seasonal, onsite position (remote work is not available).
