**Responsibilities:**

Answer customer calls and follow up with sales appointments
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
Provide initial product information and direct customers to appropriate dealership resources
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative attitude
Eagerness to improve and a positive, hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
