Are you a confident, vigilant, and customer-oriented individual? We are currently seeking Bouncers/Floor Staff to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our guests and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure the safety and security of customers and staff.
• Check IDs and enforce the dress code.
• Handle difficult or unruly customers with composure and professionalism.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with bartenders, management, and other staff members.
• Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe and friendly environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Perform regular pat-downs and bag checks to prevent prohibited items from entering the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience of our guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle crowd control situations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid security license or certification is a plus.
