Job Description

In partnership with VM Art Director, Creative Ops Manager and VP VM, this role is responsible for supporting product launches and VM updates with elevated design solutions, visual storytelling and brand consistency for graphics in stores and for retailer events globally. This candidate should have a keen eye for design, fashion and beauty and understands the competitive retail environment. Must have a proven ability of creating on brand visual assets with strong design and layout skills.

Job Duties

• Provide design concepts and develop graphics for in-store secondary animations and collateral.
• Provide design concepts and support in execution of in-store events.
• Maintain visual consistency for all copy and graphics in-store globally.
• Utilizing the assets provided by ABH Creative Director, provide layouts into various visual merchandising
• fixtures.
• Support VM Art Director with layouts of seasonal updates for text strips, templates updates and
• lightboxes.
• Prepare artwork, route for approval, load files to shared drive and deliver print ready files.
• Present concepts to key stakeholders and leadership
• Attend cross functional meetings as needed
• Check type-safety files for accuracy
• Liase with vendors for production and provide timely feedback
• Check proofs and color match samples.

Qualifications

• BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience in beauty industry and designing for retail environments
• Strong experience in communication graphics, typography and creating production files.
• Experienced in working with vendors and tracking to production milestones.
• Able to present concepts both verbally and written
• Ability to take feedback and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Works collaboratively and is a team player
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven and can work independently while meeting all deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ability to execute flawlessly and strong organization skills.
• Proficient in MAC Platform, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Sketchup or other 3D Rendering a plus.
  
   

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 yearly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
